Alcuni ricercatori della Montreal’s McGill University dopo una lunga ricerca hanno affermato che chi gioca a poker ha circa il 17% in meno di cortisolo nel corpo rispetto a chi non partecipa anche a partite amichevoli. Il cortisolo è la causa dovuta allo stress, un corpo umano con poco stress automaticamente ha un sistema immunitario migliore.
Ovviamente un buon regime alimentare con movimenti del nostro corpo per via di una corsa o passeggiata è salutare ed è altamente consigliato, se a questo aggiungiamo una bella dosa di Poker il quadro è completo.

un buon inizio...
Finalmente, dopo aver badrunnato di brutto a novembre e dicembre arriva qualche piccola soddisfazione...
Il mio buon proposito di fine anno è stato fare level down ai 15 ed infatti si è rivelata la scelta giusta, anche per sbloccare i bonus dei fantastici 4 visto il poco traffico ai 30. Ed ecco i risultati tanto attesi:
2k profit
1k rake
1,2k classifiche
1,2k bonus fantastici 4
E tra l'altro mi riconfermo tra i fantastici4 dei 30. Ora resta solo riconfermare principe entro fine mese e posso ritenermi davvero soddisfatto.
Ringrazio tutti gli amici che mi hanno ascoltato e aiutato in periodi meno felici, ne cito qualcuno, andrewbull, marcos82, sckjzzato, seth coehn, calnothon, nemo11e mio fratello protAA...
